Dr. Meeks has an interest in all aspects of medical and surgical gynecology. Most of his clinical practice is devoted to disorders of the female pelvic floor, includingpelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and surgical correctionof these problems. He is also Director of the Urogynecology Laboratory and performsurodynamic testing, electromyelography of the pelvic floor and endoanal sonography. Management of abnormal uterine bleeding and tailoring hormone replacement therapyto eliminate menopausal symptoms are other areas of interest. Key words: urinaryincontinence, anal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginal prolapse, abnormaluterine bleeding.
